考える

さっきもまた地震があった

震度2.5ぐらいかな　揺れは弱かったけど　長かった

その後軽い余震もあった

もう　東北　関東の人は　揺れに対して驚かないかもしれない

日本列島　どうなってしまうのだろう

プレートは　きしみ続けるのだろうか

今　少なくとも私の住んでいる東京は　節電しているから　暗い

駅やコンビニ　ラーメン屋さん　東京タワー　会社のトイレのシャワー機能　
手を乾かす温風機　全部電源切ってる

でも　それで良いのでは　私は気持ちがいい　その方が

今までどれだけの電気を消耗して　新しい高機能な機械を作り続けて来たのか

そしてその便利さに　あぐらをかいて　ちょっと逆風が吹いてくると

100円傘のように　格好わるく　使い物にならなくなる　私たちの適応性

不便なことをなくそうと　人々の欲しがる物を　作ってきた

それは日本の大きな財産

でも　そんな便利品を使ってばかりの私たちは　自然災害にはかなわない

何か危険な事　不便な状態　不快な時　

そんな時にいかに快適に　前向きに　原始的に立ち向かって行く強い人になりたい

久しぶりに梅宮アンナのブログを見てみたら

彼女が良い事を言っていた

サハラ砂漠のマラソンを体験して　50度とマイナス20度を体験した彼女は

夏は帽子と水があればしのげられると

本当にその通り

放射能より５分後に起こるかもしれない交通事故の方が怖い

これも同感

私たちは生かされている身

起こる現象全てを受け入れなくてはならない

　　それで何ができるか　何をするのか　何をしたいのか

津波で家族を失った小さな子供達が　立ち直って　すくすく育つ事ができるよう

　　何ができるか

精神を強く持ち　自然と共存していくしかない　

私は　地球に　日本に　関東に　東京に　住んでいる　運命だから

Me gusta Polvorones mucho!!!　ポルボロンとマドリードで再会!!!

えー、スペインから帰って来て10日ぐらい？？

帰国後、お腹を壊し、もう肉食はいやだーと思ってベジ／魚生活再開！

そして、スペインの報告をしばらく。。

About 10 days passed since Ruben and I were back to Tokyo from Spain, amazing country.
I got sick in my stomach after back here, now it needs vegetable and seafood eating style.
BUT Spain was so beautiful and people were amazing nice!!!!
I really want to live there someday.

I am going to write about trip in Spain here for some days from today.

Me gusta mucho Espana, personas muy bienn!!!

はい！これポルボロン！！
So this is "Polvoron"!!!! My favorite sweet for long years!!!! Numero uno dulce!!!!

６歳からの付き合いの日本ではとても珍しいお菓子。
私とポルボロンとの出会いは、私の母校・光塩女子学院でありました。
私の学校はスペイン人修道女が東京・高円寺に建てたのです。
それで、バザーや特別な時だけ、日本人シスターたちがこの摩訶不思議なお菓子
「ポルボロン」を作ります。
スペイン人シスターから伝授したというレシピに基づいて。
My school was built by Spanish sister in Koenji, Tokyo. Japanese sisters made this mysterious sweet, "Polvorones" based on the recipe from Spain only when we had the festival once a year, so it was really really special sweet for us.

光塩の友へ・・
マドリードで見かけたシスターはまさに、シスター斉藤や西川校長を彷彿とさせ、
思わずパチリ。
These sisters reminded me of my school life. at Madrid.

この菓子、その名の通り、口に入れる前でに指に力を入れると、ぽろぽろと崩れます。
そんな繊細なポルボロン、口に入れると溶けちゃって、食べた気がしない！
でも確かにおいしい！
This sweet is so different than other things, the texture is so fragile, and so you will feel it melted in your mouth just after eat it, then tasted its sweetness.
You might think like you eat nothing, but you will definitely not be able to forget this taste.

幼き頃は、私甘いものが苦手で正直そんなに好きじゃなかったけれど、
大人になるにつれ、魅力にとりつかれ、でもプリンのようにスーパーで買える代物ではない。

In Tokyo (at least), you can find Polvorones at Lepi Dor in Denenchofu or festival at my school, Koen girls' school in Koenji.

田園調布のレピドールという洋菓子屋さんで、この幻の菓子を発見した時は驚きました。
商品名：ポルボローネス（ポルボロンの複数形）

だから、ポルボロンを食べられるのは、母校のバザー時か、レピドールのみ。

しかし！
この度ルベン君の母国スペインに地震のおかげ（？）で行く事ができ、探してきました！
BUT! I finally found this rare sweet in Madrid, Spain in this time. Thanks to the earthquake(?), Ruben and I went to his country, Spain.

店員さんは皆白衣を来た、お高い態度のおババ達。

彼女、このお菓子のタワーからポルボロンを取り、私のために箱に詰める。

かわいい。CUTE.

でも私の母校のポルボロンよりはるかに大きく、少し情緒に欠ける。

でもおいしい。

これもポルボロンもクリスマスの時に食べる菓子らしい。

うさぎやへび、鳥さんの形をしている。

素朴な感触。

おいしい。

スーパーは空っぽ!!!　No food in supermarket!!!

Good evening, こんばんは

Yesterday, 2 days after the earthquake, it already looks normal around me in Tokyo, but went to super market, it was unbelievable sight!!
昨日、スーパー（ハナマサ）に行って食料を買い出しに行きました。
停電に備えて。

At Hanamasa

No meat, bread, cup noodle!!
肉なし！！

Long line to pay! I have never seen like this before!!
レジへの長蛇の列！！

Many people buy water, bread, cup noodle, rice, meat....because the electricity short might come.
停電時に備えて皆パンやカップヌードル、米、肉を買ったよう

いまだかつてこのような賑わいをハナマサで見たことはありません。

In and around Tokyo, there some areas are blackout temporarily to save the electricity.

Fortunately, my place is fine.
How will people who are putting the breathing machine survive?

My boyfriend and I are prepared for the emergency, we put important things in a bag, and put the water bottle, blanket, some tools (to break the wall or door in case) under the table, which is the safest in our room.
今日も関東各地では計画停電が行われています。
私の住んでいる区は大丈夫ですが、住宅街などは止められているよう。
突然の不自由な生活に困る人も多いでしょう。
一番かわいそうなのは、病人の方達。
人工呼吸器を付けている方は、どうするのでしょう？
特別な送電器があるのでしょうか？

We don't have TV, so we haven't seen the terrible situation so much, but only newspaper, or Internet. But at my office, I saw some horrible video about Tsunami, people rescued, evacuated, shouting people....

If I don't see those, I won't know anything but surrounding myself. So I feel safe and getting normal, but once I see their poor situation, I feel so scared and worried.

So I thought like "Is it better to see all realities, or just live my life in my way?"

For emergency, we have to get any information as we could, but sometimes it might be too much.

Technology will suffer us or help us?

うちにはテレビを置いていないので、悲惨な状況や、避難されている方の様子をあまり見ていません。時々、友人宅や会社で見るぐらい。

そういう現実を見ないと、私の周りはすでに平和になりつつあるので、地震の怖さも減りつつあります。

果たして、現実を全部見た方がいいのか、見なくていいのか。

最新技術は私たちを救うのか、苦しめるのか？

Earthquake and kebab!!! 地震発生につきケバブを食べた。

It was so big earthquake in Japan. I've never experienced like that before.
We often have earthquake in Japan, like every three months, so we are kind of get used to feel shaking. But today was different...

今日の地震はすごかった。こんなに大きな揺れは初めて。
日本で地震はよくあるから（３ヶ月に１回ぐらい）私たちは揺れに慣れていけど、
今日のは本当にすごかった。。

My office is on the 28th floor, so I felt so much shaking, I was like on the ship in the sea. I actually still feel dizzy now, for 11 hours...
We had earthquake two days ago also. So we are worried if the next one might come again in a few days...??
私の勤務場所は28階だから、すごーく揺れを感じた。まるで船に乗っていたかのよう。
まっすぐ歩けない。
何かにつかまらないと、倒れてしまう。目が回った。気持ち悪かった。
11時間経った今でもまだぐるぐる目が回っている気がする。
実は２日前にも地震があった。もしかして何日後かにまた、もっと大きな余震がくるのか。

All trains stopped in Tokyo, so many people and cars on the street.
Fortunately I am living near the office, so could ride a bike to home, but I heard my friends walked 3hours or more to get back home...
東京では全ての電車が止まったので、多くの人や車が道にあふれかえった。
ヘルメットをかぶったサラリーマンやOLさん、防災ずきんをかぶった小学生、毛布をまとった兄さんやら、尋常ではない。
幸い、私は会社から近いところに住んでいるので、自転車で帰れた。
友達には、３時間以上かけて歩いて帰った人もいたらしい。
交番では、道を聞く人がたくさんいた。
歩いている人を後ろから見て、普段つっけんどんな東京の人たちが、一致団結しているような気がした。

In my office, most of people hid under the desk when the quake happened, but one of us couldn't do that because he is too fat and stiff... so he had nothing to do besides holing the chair over his head.... Oh my god,,, is that the safe way for him..?
会社では、揺れている間、デスクの下に隠れる人がほとんど。でも、私の上司は少しぽっちゃり、そしてからだが堅いため、デスクの下にもぐれなかった。それで、彼はいすを頭上に持ち上げていたのだが、私は、それってもっと危ないんじゃないか、とデスクの下から見守っていた。。

One of my friends got her light was broken in her apartment, and another one got broke her expensive glass... but fortunately nobody got hurt around me.
In my apartment, a Tequila bottle, some papers, giraffe figurines fell down the floor. Thanks god, nothing important broken.
ある友人は、家の照明が割れたらしい。他の子はバカラのグラスが割れてしい、意気消沈。でも、誰もけがをしている人はいなくて良かった！
おっかなびっくり、部屋に帰ってみると、うちは、テキーラ瓶と、紙と、きりんさんの置物が床に落ちていた。良かった、それだけで。。
でも、関西大震災を経験した人から見たら、こんなのどうってことないんだろうな。。

Telephone line were all stopped, like cell phone, home phone, office phone...still now the lines are busy, 12 hours later since the quake.
Internet service was OK, it really helped us to contact with our loved ones.
電話は全て止まった。携帯も、会社の電話もみんなみんな。。
今は復旧したけど、まだつながりにくい。
インターネットは問題なかったから、すごいなぁ、
家族や大切な人とメールで連絡取り合えて、よかったよかった。

I imagined if the bigger quake happened in Tokyo, how could we survive?
We should think about some ways to escape from apartment, office, school...and keep the foods and water for at least 3 days.
My boyfriend said McDonald's was all sold out except the beverage, no hamburgers at all!!! Unbelievable!!!!!
My father's restaurant was also full because many people didn't have transportation, so decided to drink beer for a while!!!
もし、東京にもっと大きな地震がきたらどうなるんだろう？
パニックになるかな？
皆それぞれの避難地や、もしもの時の連絡方法、食料３日分を用意しておいた方がいいよね。
うちの避難場所は有栖川宮公園だった。
港区の本が役に立ちました。
ルベン君が言うには、マックはハンバーガーぜーんぶ売り切れだったらしい。
飲み物だけだって。すごい。信じられない。
みんな、バーガー食べて生き延びようって思ったのかな。
私の父の経営する居酒屋も、ある店舗は満員だったらしい。
電車ないから、だったら飲んで待ってよう、っていうことだったのかな。　
ま、飲食店、意外に潤ったのではないかと思われます。

So Ruben and I stopped by the Kebab shop in our neighborhood, and saw the TV about the earthquake with so so spicy Kebab. I tried the "Spicy" one tonight, but it killed me..
で、ルベン君と私は、妹の家にいる太朗君の安否を確認してから、
近所のケバブ屋さんに寄った。
ここも、いつもよりお客さんが来ていたはず。
私は、「辛口」に挑戦してしまった結果、お口の周りが火事に。
でもおいしいんだけどね。ここ。
白金高輪のドネルケバブだよー♪
テンプル大学の生徒とか、よく食べてる。
