豚キムチ The lunch, Kimuchi Pork

こんばんは！

今日は変な天気でした。

いきなりざーざー雨が降ったかと思えば、もう晴れてる。

結局ずーっと家に居たので、良かったのだけれど。

そろそろ走りにいこうかな。

Hi all,

It has been very strange weather here, in Tokyo.

The sunny sky, and then started to get clouded and raining heavily with the terrible wind. Finally now it turned to be sunny again.

I have been at home, so nothing problem at all though.

OK, I am going to run later soon.

Here is the lunch today, Kimchi Pork. I have cooked this for the first time, but it was really easy and tasty!

For Japanese people, Kimchi is also quite popular food. My father used to make it by himself actually!! 

そんなわけで、豚キムチな昼食@16時

昨日のもんじゃ屋さんでは〆に豚キムチやきそばを注文し、おいしくて真似しようと決めたところで、実は一昨日から豚キムチを作りたかったのです。（まどろこしい）

こんなに簡単かつおいしくスタミナあふれる料理、最高！

冷凍庫に残っていたニンニクの芽も入れてみました。

お味噌汁はじゃがいもとタマネギ。この組み合わせも王道。

昨日きれいにした台所でのお料理は、気分も上々♪
